Left Right Think-Tank will examine aspects of health policy from a youth perspective particularly the availability of mental health services, substance abuse and lifestyle choices. Left Right will also examine the merits of having public and private health systems co-existing in society. Education policy will also be investigated, focusing on the merits of co-existing public and private systems, the possibility of a voucher based funding system for schools and the provision of certain subjects at primary and secondary school.
Current key focus areas:
- Youth oriented health services
- Funding primary and secondary education; and
- Viability of co-existing public and private health sectors.
